| Description: | The Production Recruiter is part of our Production Recruitment team responsible for sourcing and matching qualified candidates to the current staffing needs of our farms. This position must complete tasks consistently, carefully, and systematically, but always with a service-friendly approach. In a fast paced environment, the Recruiter will experience a fair degree of variety from one day to the next, especially with regard to personal interactions. The position requires an outgoing individual with great interpersonal skills in order to work effectively with a variety of people on a daily basis.
The Recruiter will be based out of Sleepy Eye, MN and have regular opportunities for travel in order to meet objectives.

| Duties: | Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
�Direct responsibility and ownership for all production contributor recruiting across a given territory
�Review applicant credentials for required skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements
�Pre-screen applicants for qualifications and forward qualified candidates to hiring manager for further review
�Manage the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers
�Maintain and input respective applicant records into current applicant tracking system
�Participate in the development of creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies

| Qualifications: | �Two year college degree preferred, but not required
�Must have great attentiveness and desire to learn
�Ability to work with a variety of people
�Strong communication skills, both written and oral
�Must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and be self-motivated
